At “Stocky5” we welcome you to access and use our proprietary Stocky5 platform (the “Platform”) which is designed to allow users to track and share knowledge about investments. The Platform is made available to you via our https://www.stocky5.com and our mobile application Stocky5. Our “STOCKY5” community guidelines are framed with an intent to keep STOCKY5 as a secured environment for all our community members who feel inspired to make meaningful connections. We would highly appreciate your help in maintaining our community’s safety by adhering to its guidelines. Failure to abide by the laid guidelines it could result in revoking your access to our platform.

Respect All Community Members

“STOCKY5” is a platform which welcomes diversified community members who may have different backgrounds, beliefs and interests. Any violence, harassment, abusive behavior and other similar types of behavior will discourage people from expressing themselves and will decrease the value of this platform. Our guidelines are to ensure that all people can participate in public interaction freely and safely. Below is our list of community guidelines. Any violation of the same will compel us to suspend your account and permanently ban you from the platform. We encourage and request you to adhere to our community guidelines and report any such behavior that violates our policies by writing to support@stocky5.com .

We always require each member to be civil and respectful as they engage on STOCKY5.

STOCKY5 IS NOT FOR

HATE SPEECH

Do not engage or encourage others to engage to post contents that attacks, denigrates, intimidates, dehumanizes, incites or threatens hatred, violence, prejudicial or discriminatory action against individuals or groups because of their actual or perceived race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or disability status. Hate speeches are not permitted on Stocky5. Do not use racial, religious, or other slurs that incite or promote hatred, or any other content intended to create division.

IMPROPRIETY

Do not engage in unwanted expressions of attraction, desire, requests for a romantic relationship, marriage proposals, sexual advances or innuendo, or lewd remarks. Do not use STOCKY5 to pursue romantic connections, ask for romantic dates, or provide sexual commentary on someone’s appearance.

HARASSMENT OR ABUSE

Do not indulge in bullying or harassment. This includes abusive language, revealing others’ personal or sensitive information (aka “doxing”), or inciting or encouraging others to do any of the same.

PROMOTE VIOLENCE

Do not indulge in threatening or inciting violence of any kind. STOCKY5 is not for individuals or groups that engage in or promote violence, property damage or organized criminal activity. You may not use STOCKY5 to express support for such individuals or groups or to otherwise glorify violence.

GRAPHIC VIOLENCE AND NUDITY

Do not post content that is excessively gruesome or shocking. This includes content that is sadistic or gratuitously graphic such as depiction of severe physical violence. Do not share content depicting or promoting instructional weapon making drug abuse and threats of theft. Do not engage in or promote non-consensual sexually explicit content (e.g revenge porn) escort services, exploitation of children or human trafficking. Do not share content or activities that promote or encourage suicide or any type of self-injury including self mutilation. If you see signs that someone may be considering self-harm, please report it.

TERRORISM

Neither we allow any terrorist or violent extremist groups on our platform nor any individuals who affiliate with such organizations or groups to promote their activities. Any accounts maintained by individual perpetrators of terrorist, violent extremist, or mass violent attacks, and disseminating manifestos or other content produced by perpetrators shall be removed from our platform.

MANIPULATING AND SPAMMING

Do not engage in activities of manipulating or interfering in elections or other civic processes. This is inclusive of posting or sharing content that may suppress participation or mislead people about when, where, or how to participate in a civic process. Do not share false content or information, including news stories, that present untrue facts or events as though they are true or likely true. Do not post images or videos of others or

otherwise post content that has been manipulated to deceive. Do not impersonate individuals or organizations to mislead, confuse, or deceive others, nor use a counterfeit identification in a manner that disrupts the experience of other users on STOCKY5. In continuation to the aforementioned guidelines, we request you to kindly adhere to the below policy.

PRIVACY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Do not violate or encourage the violation of the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks or other proprietary rights. Do not copy or distribute the posts or other content of others without the right authority or permission. Do not solicit email addresses or other personal information from STOCKY5 members without authorization. Do not disclose information that you don’t have the right to disclose (such as personal or confidential information of others) or post or distribute content depicting children without the necessary consent from their legal guardian. Don’t use others' names, likenesses, or photos to suggest an endorsement of a product, service, or investment without their prior consent. STOCKY5 platform should not be used for illegal activities, promoting illegal products, or violating the rights of others. Do not use the platform to commit fraud or to try to trick others, or to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, or other software that can destroy or interrupt others' data or computer devices.
